Brother Gregory belongs to a community of Benedictine monks, who live together in a monastery following the rule of Saint Benedict. The monks also run a busy parish and work with people from all walks of life in the course of their pastoral work.

Central to our monastic way of life is a commitment
to personal prayer and spiritual reading .

Work is an important aspect of Benedictine life. For St. Benedict, to work is to participate in God’s act of Creation and to express our human dignity.

We also come together in community prayer to sing the Lord's praises and to listen attentively to God's Word.
